About "Handmade" Apartment

Apartment was designed to provide comfort, functionality and a sense of complete calmness and relaxation. It is suitable for couples, families with children, for groups of friends as well as business travelers or solo adventurers. The location of apartment is pretty convenient. It’s on the main road, close to highway and airport as well as main bus station. Some of the most popular restaurants and biggest supermarkets are in a walk distance.

The apartment contains 80 sq. meters (861 sq. feet). Two bedrooms with one queen bed and two single beds will make you feel like you are at your own home. You can enjoy at calmness at living room while you`re watching cable tv with over 150 different channels or connect to stable wifi for finishing your internet tasks. The balcony enter is from living room which has a view on street in front of the house and your free parking place. There is a dinner table for you and your family which you can also use as your work place. If you are`re in a hurry, you can have a lunch at bar in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all dishes you might need (glasses, cups, plates, silverware, pan and pot, etc). The entire apartment has central heating and AC in the living room.

We stayed here for one night last week and wished we could have stayed longer! It’s about a ten minute drive from the city center - perfect if you have a car - and parking is available in front of the house. It was a cute, well-decorated space, and even had a Christmas tree set up for the holidays! The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to make breakfast. Although there is not an actual kitchen (stove/oven/etc) the hot plate heated up extremely quickly and evenly and we had coffee within five minutes. The area seemed quiet and peaceful, a wonderful place to stay if you’ll be there for a bit longer and need some rest.

First: Dusan is a great host, we highly recomend him and his place. Second: Dusans place is a beautiful place, a well done handmade apartment with thought through details and decoration. The location was perfect for us. We had such positive experience in the city of Nis and with Dusan. We hope to return some day. Know that Dusans place is located close to a main road and early in the morning you can hear noise from the traffic. Exept from that it is quitet. We thank Dusan for having us as guests!
